What we love about this home:
It’s so big and spacious and lots of beautiful morning light. The back yard is private and lovely in the Summer with the shade of the big trees. The central heating is great for winter along with a lovely hot bath! You can move straight in its all here with gorgeous polished floor boards .We live opposite the park and it’s a real sense of community when you hear the footy, cricket or neighbours walking their dogs.

What we love about this suburb:
We are within 10kms from the city. Tram up on Plenty Road. It’s s safe neighbourhood and great if you have pets. We have found the local council to be active with upgrades to our park opposite us with a new sports pavilion and playground area being built. We are close to Preston Market which is great on a Friday night for shopping and walking distance to Northland.

Why we are selling:
After 12 wonderful years we are looking to downsize.

Any other information:
Having all the separate facilities for the Bungalow such as its own power, water and side entrance made having a tenant at the property non intrusive. We had rented the bungalow out for 9 of the years we have been here and it was always a good experience.

We looked st other agents but what we liked was that she was prepared and put it all out on the table about what they could offer on the night we met. She was the only agent that gave us good ideas to improve the house and get it ready for sale. Michelle gave us a call after all the opens and kept us well informed. She didn't oversell what she thought the property was worth. She recommended a stylist and we weren't sure about that but it was a great suggestion as it really helped make the place look great.
