What we love about this home:

  • When we first saw this house back in 2007, we were overwhelmed by how beautiful and well-built it was. Nine years later, we can still honestly say it really is the most wonderful family home. All our family and friends have loved our place, and like us, they are sad to see it go.
  • We love how seamlessly you can entertain in the open-plan living area and the outside deck and garden.
  • The yard is a fantastic size. Games of back-yard cricket, footy and bocce have been a highlight!
  • Apart from being gorgeous, the house is eminently functional. There is heaps of storage space, the bedrooms are a great size, and the kitchen and open-plan living areas really work. The large garage is a treat and the two drive-ways are an added bonus!

What we love about Reservoir:

  •  Reservoir and Preston have really come of age in our time here. We are now surrounded by many fantastic cafes and eateries, and a burgeoning artistic community, which we will miss.
  • We have always loved our easy access to Preston Market and Northland Shopping Centre, and our capacity to walk to both trains/trams and Robinson Park and Pike Reserve.
  • We also have great neighbors who really look out for each other.

Why we are selling:

  • It is with heavy hearts that we have decided to sell our much-loved family home. We are, however, keen to move closer to our places of work.
