What we love about this home:

We just love the extra features we had incorporated into the design like the reclaimed floors throughout, high ceilings and doors, and of course, the fabulous outdoor areas. The lush tropical garden has been a labour of love with many plants brought in especially from interstate.
All of this, together with a really cleverly designed floorplan, and crisp architectural lines combines to create a feeling of coming home to a retreat.

What we love about Macleod:

The Springthorpe estate still has that feeling of an undiscovered pocket of Melbourne with its soaring trees and historic buildings and yet it is so close to everything!
Getting into the city takes only a short time on relatively uncrowded roads.
We love to eat out and shop in places like Brunswick St, Fitzroy and the Yarra Valley. Everything is so accessible from here.
There are plenty of shops and schools nearby and even a university next door!
