Jonathan West was exceptional. He kept us informed twice a week. Immediately after the open home and the follow-up conversations he had with those who viewed our apartment at Brunswick. Jonathan sent us weekly reports of viewings on-line and of those who had clicked further to examine our apartment. He was very good at the auction and used Facetime for us to see and follow the auction progress...until someone sat in front of the mobile phone camera!
