Owners Notes
What I love about this home:
I love the natural light and ventilation in every room of the house and the direct connection from the kitchen/dining room which looks over a serene and green courtyard. The light in the west is controlled by the landscape which shades the west facing glass in summer and allows light in during the winter when leaves are lost.
The inner courtyard gives the main bedroom and bathroom a lovely light filled airy feel. It is like having a shower in the garden each day!
What I love about this suburb:
Close to city and major arterial roads. Excellent trains, trams and buses.
Next to Yarra Bend Park – walks, runs, dog friendly. Bike riding – Boulevard and Yarra and Merri Creek trails. Great choice of primary schools. Access to good secondary/private schools. Quiet village feel.
You move in and never move out!
Why I am selling:
I have recently married and have renovated my husband’s house just around the corner where we will live.
Any other information:
My home’s recent renovation has been featured in architecture and home and garden publications e.g. House and Garden, Belle, Houses and the book ‘The Terrace House’. It attracts very favorable comments from visitors.
