Vendor Review

Thank you Andrew Johnston

I cannot thank Andrew Johnston ( of Nelson Alexander Ascot Vale) enough for the recent very successful sale and auction of our much loved family home of 30 years in Park St Moonee Ponds - which may even be a record for a WB in this area. Andrew’s extremely professional, but also very engaging and friendly approach, and on-going attention to detail, was amazing, and much appreciated. He kept in constant but respectful contact with me from the start. He provided valuable guidance for the preparation and timing of the sale / auction, and then informative feedback during the campaign and after each and every of the numerous inspections and ‘Opens’. Andrew also employed a terrific professional support team for the preparation of the campaign. This team also made the whole process almost a painless, even enjoyable, experience - from the copy writer to the photographer, to the video taker, and to the great support team within the Ascot Vale office. Andrew’s auction skills were professional and engaging, but also professionally accurate, but were tested on the day with a random flower delivery occurring in the middle of his auction. He kept his cool, and his humour created a momentary unexpected release for many. In the end, it was hard to tell who was the most relieved and excited about the auction result - the Agents, the Vendors, or the Purchasers ! A perfect campaign and a perfect result for all parties !! Thank you Nelson Alexander, but more importantly thank you Andrew ! Regards Bronwyn Hibbert - 104 Park Street Moonee Ponds .
