  • The street is quiet and peaceful; the neighbours are quiet and respectful.
  • The house has excellent natural light throughout. A major benefit for our family is the layout: it is very easy to separate the living space from the bedrooms and equally easy to separate the deck from the living space – it’s great for adult-time and entertaining while kids sleep.
  • We really enjoy the spaciousness of the property. The bedrooms provide plenty of space for furniture with room left over for the kids to play. The garage provides tons of storage and usable space. The garden is big enough for kids to ride bikes, play ball-games and generally give their parents some peace and quiet.
  • It’s a great family home.

What we love about this suburb:

  • It’s less than a ten minute walk to the train and the tram into the city.
  • The schools are great.
  • There are good cafes, shops, sports clubs, takeaways, restaurants and fantastic parkland all very close by.

Why we are selling:

  • We have just had a fourth child so we need a four/five bedroom home – it’s a regrettable sale. We love the suburb so much we will be staying in the area for certain.
