What we love about this home:

We love the charm of this house. We designed our home to create light filled spaces and a flow that begins with the dining area as the heart of the home, where we can come together from wherever we are in the house to eat and talk. We love to entertain, so having indoor and outdoor entertaining spots was important to us.

We love the gate to the park; it’s so convenient for kids and pets. As foodies who love to cook for our friends and family, the kitchen was specifically designed with lots of bench space and storage, and to look over the backyard whilst preparing food (and not missing out on any of the fun).

We also love that the house is cool in summer and warm in winter; with the hydronic heating you don’t even realise its cold outside!

What we love about this suburb:

Only 13km out of the city, so we can ride our bikes to work. Reservoir train station only a short walk away, as is Edwardes Street which is a great shopping strip for essentials. There are ever increasing food options; and it seems like a new café, restaurant or even brewery opens every few months. Meanwhile, you can get your fresh produce at the nearby Preston Market.

We love our neighbours and community feel in the area; whilst Edwardes Lake Park and Edgar’s Creek give great scenery for a nice walk or picnic.
