What we love about this home:
The property was my first home and I have thoroughly enjoyed owning the property!
From day one I fell in love with the location, the abundance of natural light and the low maintenance lifestyle. The Owners Corporation is self managed, it is reasonably cheap and people get along. We look after our properties and are proud of them.

Today the property has been updated to have all the features of a modern home and I am pleased to be able to deliver this home to a new owner for their start in a new journey.
What we love about this suburb:
I grew up in Ivanhoe and enjoy the sense of community in this suburb.
The proximity to shops, schools and activities coupled with easy access to public transport and no-toll freeways all make living in this unit so convenient.
Often I travel around by foot whether it is to go to the library, go to work or to catch up with friends for a coffee or a meal and I think it is fantastic to have so many options within a few minutes’ walk from home.
Why we are selling:
We are upsizing. With one bub and hopefully one more on the way, things are getting a little tight. We hope that the next family will enjoy living in this home as much as we have!
