Awesome Michelle, highly recommend!
I knew Michelle through the postal mailing letter, found a letter one day about the free property market appraisal, although been receiving so many of them in the past, but this was the one I picked up the phone and made the appointment. However, we didn’t proceed the sale straight after the appointment.
Since 2017, Michelle has been following up with me every now and then, kept me posted with market trends and offered assistance along the way.
In 2018, we decided to sell the property. I have to admit so many different agents/ companies approached us and presented us with different packages and even lower commission charges, one Chinese speaker agent even try to convince me that he could reach out to Chinese market with his language skill, but I still signing up with Michelle. I was amazed by her persistency and genuine care to help.
We knew that we made the right decision from Day 1. Michelle and her team (Portia & Thomas) were very professional, responsive (speedy), approachable and friendly. The whole selling process was stress free and Michelle did a great job of keeping me posted with every status update. She was very patient when explained different options available to us, although sometimes we might asked the same questions over again. We also felt that all colleagues were working as one team to help each other.
Special thanks to Robert who brought in his client for a private inspection and look after the prospects even though Robert wasn’t the assigned agent to this sale of property. Thanks for doing extra miles efforts with the aim of acting the best interest for vendor.
