Why we love this house:

We have done a lot to this house in three years. It has become an airy and light house with great spaces for family time and entertaining. The kitchen has lots of bench space and heaps of storage which has enabled a few fabulous roasts and dinners with friends and family.

We love the living spaces being so accessible to the outdoors. This has meant we’ve been able to have a few garden parties and can play outside with the kids. The front deck is also a morning sun trap, perfect for a quiet coffee.

The bedrooms are generous and 3 of them have large closets, which means lots of storage.

It’s a great house which has supported our lifestyle and enabled us to connect with friends and family.

Why we love the neighbourhood:

The house is private and close to great cafes, public transport, Edgars Creek trail, Edwards Lake and the supermarket. It’s also across the road from a wonderful school that has become a part of our community.

We have lovely neighbours, our kids have spent many hours playing between houses.

This part of Reservoir feels like a small community — cafes that recognise you, a doctor, hairdresser and chemist all within walking distance.

Why we are moving:

It’s time to move to be closer to our family who are out of State. If we could take the house with us we would!
