What we love about this home
We purchased this property 3 years ago as we really saw the potential for renovation in a fantastic location, decent land size and generous living space. The property, though old, was solid and well-constructed with a great homely feel.
We have absolutely loved transforming the original home with updates that make the most of every available space, including rebuilding the extension at the back. By re-designing the living spaces we’ve created fresh, updated living areas that we use and enjoy every day.
What we love about this suburb:
Preston has been a great place to live. The suburb has many immediate amenities and CBD is within easy reach. The Preston Market, High Street shopping strip, parks and cafes all make this a great area to live. Edith Street is quiet, tree-lined and is literally 2 minutes’ walk from Preston Market and the Station.
