From a sellers point of view I found Nelson Alexander and David Ferro specifically, to be extremely professional. In what has turned out to be a very tough and challenging market, David left no stone unturned in following up leads. In fact the reason why I went with David was due to his persistence in following me up when I was looking at a property a few months ago. I thought if he is this enthusiastic following me up imagine how he would follow up someone who is ready to sign up (I wasn't ready 8 months ago to sell).
