Owners Notes

We have enjoyed our morning walks to the local cafés and the many surrounding parks Brunswick has. The home is ideally located to take advantage of the beautiful amenities the suburb has to offer.

The train station is approximately a 2 minute walk and Sydney Road tram another 2 from the station making a city commute very quick & easy.

Sydney Road is a perfect mecca for multicultural shops and cafes as well as supermarkets & gyms at the doorstep.

We have especially loved entertaining our many family and friends in the home over the years including dinners, birthdays or simply just enjoying a relaxing drink in the courtyard.

The home has provided the perfect environment for these fabulous family celebrations due to its warm and inviting character and flexible layout.

We will absolutely miss our friendly neighbours that we have formed special relationships with. The Street has a real community feel about it with a mixture of young families who have recently moved into the Street and the long term lovely residents all who provide support when needed and keep a constant watch on each other.
