Our unit in St Kilda was vacated about…
Our unit in St Kilda was vacated about 2 months ago. We were concerned that the COVID 19 issues and the consequent fall in demand would result in the unit being empty for some time. However, the people at Nelson Alexander, and particularly Ebony, have continued to present the unit to market, making a number of useful suggestions along the way. The result has been a new lease which benefits the tenants and us as well. I would be happy to recommend Nelson Alexander to other owners. SQ
