Anthony Hopee - Property Manager Rock Star    

Anthony is the property manager for my apartment. I am a first-time landlord but had a clear idea of what I needed in an agent. Anthony was/ is that, and more. He quickly found me a tenant, was honest and realistic around the price, stepped me through the sign-up process, and made the whole experience flow well. He did so in an exceptionally personable and professional manner. What I did not expect however was the level of commitment he would show to delivering a great service and ensuring his clients succeed. On the day I moved out, I had a number of significant issues occur that were making the move less than smooth, not the least of which was the removalist sending a smaller truck than requested, with first-time removalists with no trolleys or tools, The net result was it took 7 hrs and shift only half of my items ( I have a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment). Anthony had arranged the cleaners ( also amazing) and then find he himself began moving items and assisting with the clean to ensure it was all ready for the tenant the next day and their move-in went smoothly. As you can imagine I was more than stressed on the day and he was really helpful in assisting me to find solutions to some of the logistics that needed to be rearranged last minute and keeping me on task. His sense of humor was a salve. It was way after 8 pm before he left and only when all the work was done. Anthony has done an excellent job as Property Manager but has also done a very generous and kind thing by helping me out of a really difficult situation that went way beyond his Property Manager remit. I will always be indebted to him for his initiative and generosity. A wonderful ambassador for Nelson Alexander
