Selling during Covid 19 Stsge 4    

I think Jon McKenna & his team did a great job with our property. We sold towards the end of the Stage 4 Covid restrictions in October 2020. He conducted most of the one on one open for inspections, and if he didn’t he still reported back to us on the same day. I believe like all vendors we had a realistic reserve but high expectations.
