We have both rented and lived in this property and it has more than exceeded our expectations. It is easy to maintain and live in and is perfectly positioned to make the most of life in Melbourne.

The house is unique, versatile and uncomplicated. All the fire places can be used and you may even prefer to turn the bottom bedroom into a sitting room - a cosy place with open fire in winter! The light well in the lounge will invariably cause great interest and when opened in summer, a beautiful breeze drifts through the lower level. The shed will store all your “extras" and the back gate can open fully, allowing for the parking of a car, or just some extra space when required in the sunny north facing yard. You can even picnic in the leafy grassed areas just out the back lane. It is a light filled home that maintains the character, appeal and integrity of a terrace of its era. And those stairs!

The local amenity is extensive and within easy walking distance. There are supermarkets, hospitals, schools, playgrounds, medical services, pharmacies, hairdressers, a bank, a library and a post office – everything you need for daily life.

There are eateries, (coffee at the Auction Rooms...), pubs and entertainment on tap and whilst it comes with the eligibility of two local parking permits, we very rarely drive anywhere - if needed, the close by public transport system gets us to where we need to go.
