Carlton apartment sold from overseas
I recently sold my apartment in Carlton, through Charlie Barham with Nelson Alexander. This was a challenging process for me, as it was my first home and I now live overseas - so the whole thing was both logistically and emotionally challenging for me.
Charlie made the process so much easier than I expected. It went really smoothly, he managed my expectations well from the start, and kept me informed through the whole process. He has spoken to me at times of the day that are inconvenient for him, as I am overseas. And he has gone above and beyond, for tasks that have come up that I could not attend to.
After one viewing, an offer was made on my property, and it sold. I am still in shock that it happened so quickly, but I know that it is all due to Charlie's hard work and am so very grateful to him for this.
