What we love about this home:

It has a real heart & soul. That’s thanks to its period architecture and a wonderful combination of rooms which, to us, are just the right lay-out & size.

A multi-generational family home. It has provided us with the space to accommodate parents & kids at every stage of life (from primary school to university, even as young parents with our grandchildren).

The backyard oasis. There we’ve enjoyed the shade & blossom scent of the ancient orange tree, picnic lunches on the lawn, and hosting events in the garden & around the pool or fire pit (wine tastings, significant birthdays, even a wedding!)

What we love about this suburb:
Community (we still have friends we met at playgroup) fostered by schools and two “villages” in walking distance (Queens Parade and St Georges Rd)

Such a great base to explore – whether it’s meandering through Edinburgh or Darling Gardens, wandering the wide tree-lined streets of Fitzroy North, or walking on the wild side in Fitzroy and Collingwood. Kick on and, in less than 4kms from here, you’re on the edge of the CBD.
