My partner and I were looking to buy an apartment in Brunswick. We were a bit nervous because it was all our saving and you hear a lot of buliding horror stories. Carl was very knowledgeable about what to look out for and after so many years in the market had the inside scoop we needed. He was fantastic at listening to our needs and even showed us a couple of places we wouldn't have thought to look at, and suggested ways we could make the layout work, one we even bought and couldnt be happier !
