What we love about this home:
It’s a great location in the heart of Ivanhoe with an easy walk to Ivanhoe train station, Ivanhoe shops, East Ivanhoe shops and the Eaglemont shopping centre. The home is situated in a beautiful quiet street with no through traffic and plenty of privacy. It’s fantastic to be able to walk to the shops for a coffee and take in the atmosphere or jump on the train and attend a game of footy so close to home.
Everything about the home is designed for comfort and convenience with a low maintenance garden, double garage, plenty of space and a sun drenched courtyard. The convenience of two living areas and the main bedroom on the bottom floor with a living area and two bedrooms’ upstairs mean that you really have two completely separate houses in one. If I am residing there by myself, I can live in the downstairs area and if family are staying they can have the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and living area complete with the comfort of a large bathroom and spa bath.
What we love about Ivanhoe
Everything in Ivanhoe is convenient and stylish. There are three separate shopping areas I can walk to with everything I need on a daily basis around the corner. The leafy streets are a pleasure to stroll down and I can be in town in a flash.
