What we love about this home:

Having lived in Ivanhoe and Eaglemont growing up, there was no doubt that we wanted to start our lives in the area. We sought a home that would cater for our love of entertaining, and was in close proximity to restaurants/cafes and places to meet friends and catch up with family. With the indoor/outdoor living spaces, this home has made it easy to host many BBQ’s, birthdays, quiet dinners with friends and family picnics on the decking. The private front and back yards have also meant a safe place for our son to play, and for our family to enjoy many lazy weekends in the sun.

What we love about this suburb:

Its close proximity to Westfield Doncaster, Northland Shopping Centre, Austin Hospital, Ivanhoe Plaza, Upper Heidelberg Road and Burgundy St precincts, are some of the reasons why we love this suburb. Popping down to the supermarket, picking up some dinner for a night in, grabbing a coffee to go, has always been easy and convenient. In addition, the peaceful parklands are only a stone’s throw away, and part of our daily walking track.

Why we are selling:

It is with a very heavy heart that we sell our first home; 1/90 Oriel Road has brought us so much joy, and given us wonderful memories that we will cherish. Work relocation means that we will need to move for now; however, we would not hesitate to move back into the area if the opportunity arises.
