What we love about this home:

From the moment we drive up the street and see the amazing city views in the distance, to walking down the front path, we have truly enjoyed living in this beautiful house.

We love that whilst the interior is light and airy, with a contemporary feel, we have managed to retain the beautiful art deco features such as the lead light windows, amazing decorative ceilings and original floors.

The two separate living areas, study and studio, has allowed everyone in the family to have the space to live comfortably. The extra space has been fantastic when our children have had friends over.

Lastly, our neighbours, We have been blessed to live near the most genuine, friendly, helpful people. We know that whoever buys this house, will also be living next to some pretty special people.

What we love about Preston:

The neighbourhood has a really vibrant feel to it. From the cafes, restaurants and gift shops on Miller St, there is something for everyone.

We have also made lots of friends taking our gorgeous little dog to Capp reserve which we call “The Dog Park”.

We will really, really miss living here.
