What we love about this home:

We love the open plan living and the uninterrupted views of parkland from the living areas and bedrooms.

The large open fireplace in the living area offers an excellent source of warmth as well as a beautiful ambience on those cold winter nights.

The home is well situated offering a large front lawn area. The street is quiet and the ambience that it offers is unique to an urban area.

Off street parking and a large lock up garage provides great parking access.

The large concrete area in the rear yard also has a range of options to enclose into an entertaining area with BBQ facilities if so desired.

 

What we love about this suburb:

Ivanhoe is a great place to live and raise a family. There are a great options for schools and recreation facilities.

Being close to many forms of public transport offers a great range of opportunities to commute to the city and surrounding areas.

Why we are selling:

We are selling as we are wanting to move closer to our family in the outer northern suburbs and care facilities located within this area.
