Why are we selling:

We would like our children to have more land space, possibly to get another pet, or even a pool. We really love this house and wish we could place it on a bigger piece of land, suitable for lots of animals! So, we are a bit sad to be leaving, but it is time for a new adventure with our family.

Even if Nelson Alexander hadn't got us 200,000 above reserve the whole experience was far less stress than we expected At all stages we felt supported and backed up so that if there were setbacks we would have plan b 's Liz walker and James Labiris were sensational and I coul not recommend them or nelsons highly enough Very happy Aaron sebo
