What we love about this home:

This home says “Welcome”. Sure, it has welcome on the front door mat, but that’s only part of it. Whether you enter by the front door or through the garage you will walk straight into the comfort of the living room, the kitchen or the family space, and there is a satisfying and immediate sense of home. It’s an easy house in which to relax, read, work on the computer or enjoy the company of friends

Each area flows comfortably into the next. Preparing meals for the family or entertaining guests, we all share the same space.

The Al fresco area with its water-wall fountain and coloured lighting creates a lovely ambience for outdoor living.

Neighbours in the court have proven to be great friends. We support and care for each other, but are also respectful of each other’s privacy.

 

What we love about this suburb:

Only 18 km from the CBD and yet almost ‘country’. Excellent shopping is literally minutes away at the Polaris supermarket; Ivanhoe for more selective shopping; Greensborough for banking and meeting up with friends and Northland for movies.

Cafes and restaurants abound in all of these locations. For a quick coffee and a chat with friends ‘Miss Marie’ in Rosanna is always a good choice.

Medical requirements are virtually on the doorstep with Austin, Warringal and Latrobe Hospitals and specialist rooms at Heidelberg.

Why we are selling:

It is with great reluctance that we are selling, but with advancing years and various health problems we feel it is time for a new lifestyle in the retirement village that we have selected.
