What we love about this home:
Carlyle Jackson Lane was our first choice when looking for a low maintenance home in a quiet cul de-sac location. As we both have business commitments that are demanding to our time, we always wanted a home that require minimal maintenance. One of the other non-negotiable was having a guest bedroom downstairs, as we both have elderly parents that visit from time-to-time. We are sad to move from this wonderful home, but our work demands require us to relocate – which has been a very tough decision for us.

What we love about this suburb:
Eaglemont is an ideal setting for families and professionals, the suburb is clean and friendly , close to the schools and to transport. In the early morning the streets are filled with young children heading to school, calling out to each other and laughing, mums with prams waving hello, elderly men or women tending to their lovely gardens. On the week-ends kids are off riding their bikes or scooters or skate boards. They are allowed on the school grounds on week-ends to play and there are numerous parks within walk-in distance.

Why we are selling:
Reluctantly, because the home has provided us with great success with our businesses – and we have painstakingly made the decision to sell, to be closer to our place of business. Whoever is lucky enough to secure this home, will likely enjoy the success in their life that we have had in ours.
