What we love about this home:
This has been a lovely family home with a high standard of comfort in a great location. The quiet street belies the close proximity to the Ivanhoe shopping strip and train station. It is walking distance to shops, schools, cafes, restaurants and train. Don’t need a car on the weekend!! We have loved the space and tranquil garden, such an oasis and only 8 kms from the city.
What we love about this suburb:
We love Ivanhoe, East Ivanhoe and Eaglemont as all the amenities are there!!! Close to great walking and bike trails, as well as the aforementioned cafes, restaurants and shopping. Well serviced by great schools and public transport, we really cannot fault it and hope to stay in the area!
