Owners Notes

Returning from Perth, we moved into our home in February 2007. Location was a key attraction: Parks for walking; CBD for business, restaurants & the theatre; local choices for shopping & dining within easy walking; easy access to family in central Victoria.

Working from home, the study provides a private quiet work environment, while remaining connected to one of Melbourne’s historic boulevards & parklands. Access to the airport for frequent overseas work trips has been a bonus.

The house had undergone a stylish, quality renovation. We made changes to suit our tastes, including a major makeover of the main bathroom in 2010, designed by Royston Wilson & installed by Bubbles Bathrooms.

Our adult children have all returned home to live for various periods. The house copes well with these changing needs. Ample parking is available out front & the ROW provides great access to the back.

We have loved living & working here. The main living area beautifully connects to the backyard through wide opening doors. The courtyard provides a private, quiet oasis for small & large gatherings. Many a summer evening is spent entertaining family & friends. The home is cosy in winter with electronically controlled hydronic heating throughout and a very effective open fire in the family room.

Now is the time for us to make a move to enjoy our home & acreage we purchased on the Mornington Peninsula a few years ago & enjoy our retirement.
