After conducting a lot of research to see who would be the best choice for selling our property, Patrick Tilli from Nelson Alexander Real Estate Team stood out as the best option for our sale: I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings and Patrick was professional, absolutely honest about all points and strategies he was proposing. With a quick and easy negotiation the contract of sale was signed and settlement a very smooth and easy process, all with us a mere 11,500 km away!
