Sale of home with Chris Ewart from Nelson Alexander    

In Oct 2020 we sold our home in Camberwell with Chris Ewart from Nelson Alexander Kew Office. The sale was tricky as Covid 19 lockdown delayed things as we were not sure what this impact this may have on the sale. Chris and his team were awesome during this time. Communication was frequent and clear. Out home is semi detached with a very recent build next to us. Chris managed any questions with ease. Our final outcome was a sale via auction and we were happy with the result. I should add that during this time we were not living in Melbourne so complete trust was put in Chris and the NA team.
