Wonderfully located only a short stroll to Puckle Street village, river precinct parks, City train, trams and well-regarded schools. Owners Notes

Throughout our lives, our needs change and we adapt our environment to suit.

We discovered our charming Californian Bungalow 14 years ago in vibrant Moonee Ponds.

It was ideally located to suit a growing and energetic family. Close to schools and great connection to the City via train, trams and bus. It was only a short walk to Puckle Street and the serenity of the Maribyrnong River. Coming from the bush, we felt connected.

The original features of this stunning c1920s home remain. We have added and renovated as we’ve gone along, blending contemporary convenience without disturbing the ambience and character. It has been a very comfortable and beautiful home. We’ve even held a wedding reception for 80 people in the living room and rear garden. Our children grown, we are now empty nesters and seek a lifestyle change. It’s time for another family to be the custodians of this much-loved property.
