Great property, great lease outcome at the end of a very hard year    

Cheryl was on time and attentive with all matters relating to the 2nd lease of my property. I’m a fairly high maintenance landlord in that I’m extremely financially motivated to get a tenant quickly, with minimal turn around during the traditional Xmas/NY break, and at the highest price. Cheryl has to deal with my own research and opinions, relate that to market conditions as well as help me navigate through the legalities and processes of a re-lease of what was my family home for 20 years, and will one day be again. I’m very happy with the outcomes.
