What we love about this home:

It’s going to be very hard saying goodbye to this house. This home has been a joy to own and is a rarity, due to the size, quality and being on its own title

  • The size – it’s a big ‘little’ house, with the benefit of a generous block and double garage. The third bedroom can also be used for a home office
  • The outdoor area – it’s leafy, lush and great to entertain in all year round. The front area also doubles as another secure area, benefitting from all the afternoon sun!
  • The privacy – it’s tucked away behind an automatic security gate, surrounded by high fences and lovely neighbours

What we love about this suburb:

  • Leave the car at home! Ruthven station is a 7-minute walk. Great for commuting to the CBD or along High St!
