What we love about this home:

We have lived in this home since 1994. We have raised a family here and had many great times with family and friends. We love the Californian Bungalow style with all the features in it especially the front room with the brick fireplace and stained glass windows. When we developed the extension in 2000, a large open living area with separation to the bedrooms was important in the design. The large block had a lot of trees and we developed the garden with fruit trees (Tangello & Lemon) with a variety of plants that are evergreens with bulbs to flower at different times of the year. The rear yard allows a game of cricket/kicking a footy or just looking feeling like being in the country for that lazy Saturday/Sunday. We have a family of magpies that come in for a feed and sit on our leg or arm. Also other small birds that enjoy the flowering plants through the year.
