I have known Jayson Watts for over ten years and have used his services for the sale of three properties so I feel I can comment about his abilities with some expertise. His sense of value is unerring and I have always appreciated his unflinching candour when we disagreed about that vital element of a sales campaign. I also appreciate that he really works for the vendor and always goes that extra mile in following up potential buyers. Selling is costly and Jayson is well aware of the need to tailor the advertising to a budget that meets the seller's needs. I did not feel that any element of the advertising budget was not well justified and effective. Jayson has a great team and the process of making arrangements for the first open was seamless and I was supported with ideas about display of my home and help with cleaning and gardening.
