This is why living in my house is really cool (and believe me, I know what I’m talking about, I’ve lived here my whole life!):

  • I have my own room – and it’s big enough for all my things, so I don’t have to pack everything up every day
  • The people on the street are really nice
  • I can walk to school (Thornbury Primary School is the best!)
  • I can play down-ball and soccer in the right of way at the back of the house (Mum can see me if I keep the garage door open)
  • There’s a park just down the street, and another across the road
  • It’s great fun playing sliding games on the floor boards down the hallway
  • There’s a dishwasher, so I don’t have to wash dishes like some of my friends
  • We’re growing fruit trees in the backyard!
  • There’s heaps of shops and yummy places to eat close by (and even if we drive we get there really quickly)
  • When it rains, we can drive into our carport instead of having to park down the street and getting wet

I’m kind of sad to be leaving this house – but it’s too big for us right now, and our next place is going to be really great too.

You should totally ask your parents to buy this house. I hope you have as much fun in this house as I’ve had!
