Starting her real estate journey back in 2014 at the reception desk, Caroline Piva-Giblett has gone on to forge a successful career in the industry culminating in her role today as Senior Property Manager.
In integral part of the rental department at Nelson Alexander Fitzroy, Caroline not only attends to the needs of her ever-growing cohort of clients, but is also very active in the training and support of younger team members.
Caroline has built a strong reputation on being calm under pressure, having excellent knowledge of processes and legislation, as well as going above and beyond to achieve for her clients the optimum results.
With unrivalled experience, enthusiasm and pragmatism, Caroline thrives on being able to support both her renters and rental providers through any situation, and to give them the care and attention they need.
Born and bred in Melbourne’s inner-north, Caroline is a true local who away from work loves reading, painting and playing with her dog, as well as indulging her latest hobby of crocheting.
