“Every day I focus on nurturing strong relationships with my landlords and tenants alike which allows me to effectively facilitate mutually beneficial agreements whenever an issue arises.”
Keely Smith developed a passion for real estate immediately after leaving school securing a role in property management, but reluctantly resigned soon after in order to obtain a university degree and subsequently pursue a career in the hospitality industry.
As successful as her time in hospitality was, the property seed had been sown and Keely eventually gravitated back to real estate where her career continues to go from strength to strength.
An excellent communicator, Keely treats every property as if it were her own, ensuring the most appropriate choice of applicants, maintaining close contact with landlords and tenants, as well as speedily and efficiently resolving any matters along the way.
Born and bred in Williamstown, Keely’s role of Inspections Manager at Nelson Alexander Essendon has enabled her to fully appreciate the amazing lifestyle Melbourne’s north-west has to offer and would move to the area in a heartbeat – if only it had a beach!
