Continuing the legacy set by her mum Joanna, Maryanne Hargreaves has established herself as one of the most respected property professionals in Melbourne’s north with over 20 years’ experience to her name.
Senior Property Manager at Nelson Alexander Reservoir, Maryanne has built a solid reputation over that time based on the core principles of compassion, respect and unwavering professionalism.
Along with accolades from colleagues and endless praise from her cohort of clients, Maryanne’s industry achievements were galvanised more recently winning Property Manager of the Year in 2024.
Maryanne has always been proud of her vocation in helping put a roof over people’s heads and goes out of her way to ensure her rental providers and renters alike are treated with the same dignity and value.
Born and bred in Reservoir, away from work Maryanne is an absolute gym junkie who focuses on healthy living and healthy eating, as well as spending quality downtime with friends and her menagerie of fur babies (two dogs and five cats at last count).
