Nominated Again! 2013 REIV Awards

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve again been nominated in the Real EstateInstitute of Victoria’s awards for both the Community Service Award and Large Residential Agency of the Year Award.

The REIV Awards for Excellence showcase the best of the property industry, celebrates the best in real estate agency practice and rewards hardworking Members who have gone the extra mile in pursuit of service, ethics and results.

Our connection with our local communities runs deep within our company’s culture, and we pride ourselves on our core values – which are based on unity and teamwork. Our unique non franchise structure allows us to work together to share ideas, knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

In addition to these awards, we also have two talented Auctioneers competing in the Novice Auctioneer of the Year category – Alex Raimundo and Robert Pierantozzi. Nelson Alexander offers aspiring junior auctioneers the benefit of a significant training programme conducted by one of our seasoned auctioneers.

The success of this training programme is evidenced by three wins in a row: Spiros Karagiannidis winning the REIV title in 2010, Mark Verrocchi in 2011 and Michael Kelly in 2012. Can we make it four in a row?!

This year saw a substantial increase in the number of submissions across all award categories, and we are incredibly proud of this achievement and very much looking forward to the night.
