What we love about this home:

We purchased this property in 2008 and loved the open space this house had. We started renovating with kitchen, family room and added bifold doors that open into back area, extended dining room and added a stunning new commercial staircase. We added walk in wardrobes in 2 bedrooms and stunning ensuite in upstairs bedroom, storage in laundry and garage 1.

We loved Merri Creek as our backyard and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets that shine through our family room. We decided to add entertainers alfresco that continued from family room, including stone benchtops and splash back in outdoor kitchen that enabled us to have lots of entertaining indoor/outdoor with hydrotherapy spa, heaters, and fan. Pitched ceiling with sky lights that allow natural light coming through and electric blinds that completely closed if weather conditions were unsuitable.

We also added another double garage with toilet and studio above it that can be a bedroom/study/home office/teenagers’ retreat /gym with 2 windows facing Merri Creek views.

What we love about this suburb:

Reservoir has been a fantastic place for us to live in for the past 31 years, beautiful parks including our backyard, playgrounds, schools, cafes and everything our growing family needed.
