During her high school years, Yana excelled in a number of part-time positions primarily in the retail sector providing the perfect work environments in which to hone her exceptional customer service skills.
Taking to the real estate sales environment like a duck to water, Yana showed from day one that she has the ability to quickly adapt to any situation and the skills to address her clients’ needs – all with patience and professionalism.
Highly organised and an excellent communicator, Yana ensures her clients feel well-supported through the sales or buying process and is always focused on building strong long-term client relationships.
When Yana’s not working, she’s shopping, as well as always finding time to catch up with friends, plan the next overseas adventure or hit the beach whenever the weather permits.
