Third Quarter Market Share Roundup

Winter’s over in Melbourne and it was a cold one! But quarter three at Nelson Alexander was red hot.

As Melbourne’s largest wholly owned Real Estate agency we take great pride in the fact we have some of the largest market share around. Carlton North was the standout with 62%^ of the properties sold in the third quarter transacted by Nelson Alexander. Nelson Alexander Fitzroy and Keilor East came in second with 48%^ followed closely by Ascot Vale, Brunswick and Pascoe Vale at 42%^.(View our Market share in other Suburbs)

The REIV has reported a strong end to the quarter with clearance rates continuing to sit above 70% for the fifth month in a row and the volume of sales transacted in September 5% over that of 2012.

We continue to exceed the market place and look to grow in the suburbs where we are new and hope to grow our reputation of achieving consistently outstanding results.
