Daniel brings sharp commercial acumen and a genuine passion for people to every property journey. He began his career under the mentorship of Northcote Sales Manager Luke Sacco, where he built strong foundations in sales, negotiation and customer care. In 2024, he went on to complete Nelson Alexander’s rigorous novice auctioneering programme, adding another layer of expertise to his growing skill set.
Now confidently operating as a standalone agent and auctioneer, Daniel delivers tailored strategies that speak to each property’s unique potential.
Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and eight years of experience in retail and hospitality, Daniel knows that great service isn’t a bonus. It’s everything. His approach is built on trust, strong communication, and a deep understanding of the market.
Born in Adelaide and proud of his Chinese heritage, Daniel speaks fluent Mandarin and maintains a broad network of overseas investors. This gives him a valuable edge in Melbourne’s diverse property landscape.
