Property Manager at Nelson Alexander Carlton North, Monique Caparello brings a unique perspective to the role thanks to her successful career as a professional basketball player and broad experience in the real estate industry.
Along with a marketing degree to her name, Monique’s industry knowledge comes from her involvement in nearly every facet of real estate from receptionist, personal assistant, rental and sales administrator, through to leasing consultant and property manager.
Drawing on her experience as a senior basketball coach, Monique applies an organised and well-structured approach to everything she does ensuring both her renters and rental providers feel supported, informed and confident throughout the process.
Monique wants the best for her clients and approaches her work with a kind-hearted and nurturing style – always willing to take the time to educate and inform as well as providing sound advice and practical solutions.
Still very much connected to her basketball community, Monique is also a proud mother of three and equally-proud supporter of her husband Blake and his boxing career.
